Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at littlehelp@littlewhimsy.in or WhatsApp us at +91-83107 41850. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the return from our end and will inform you the same. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, such as undergarments and custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific purchase, please feel free to reach out.

Please note that returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a refund for the returned item.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status whether it has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Important:- A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged for return pickups, which will either be deducted from your refund amount or paid additionally if you are exchanging the item.
Refunds and exchanges typically take 15–20 days to complete.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Little Whimsy due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost. Little Whimsy is not liable for packages that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Little Whimsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided in the order.

If your package is missing, upon inquiry, we will confirm:

  • Delivery status to the provided address
  • Date of delivery
  • Tracking details
  • Shipping carrier information

The customer is responsible for further investigation with the courier.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
