Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping time is calculated at checkout based on your location pin code.
• If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1250.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1250.
• For Bangalore deliveries, we offer same-day or next-day delivery for an additional fee.
• Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order is shipped.
• COD Orders: A ₹50 additional charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Please note: Return shipping may take longer than forward shipping.

Return Pickup Charges

• A ₹100 charge applies for return pickups, which will either be deducted from your refund amount or paid additionally if you are exchanging an item.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
• Tracking information will be activated within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside India. However, if you require international shipping, please contact us, and we will try our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For any international shipments, Little Whimsy is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applied to your order.
• Any additional charges (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Using Coupons & Offers

• Little Whimsy coupons are valid only for purchases on our official website.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order.
• Discounted products cannot be combined with additional coupon codes.
• Some coupon codes may have an expiry date—please use them before they expire.
• Certain coupon codes may exclude specific categories or gift cards.
