Refund & Return Policy – Little Whimsy, India

At Little Whimsy, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items purchased from our store.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  1. In the same condition that you received it
  2. Unworn or unused, with tags
  3. In its original packaging
  4. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the pickup from our end and notify you accordingly.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if:
  1. The item is defective or damaged
  2. You received the wrong item
This allows us to promptly assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  1. Undergarments
  2. Custom-made or personalized products
  3. Gift cards
  4. Sale or discounted items
If you’re unsure about a particular purchase, please reach out before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to:
  1. Place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Initiate a return for the item you currently have.
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded for the original purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
Important:
A nominal ₹100 fee applies for return pickups.
This amount will either be deducted from your refund or charged separately for exchanges.
Refunds and exchanges typically take 15–20 days to complete.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for:
  1. The return shipping cost, and
  2. The re-delivery cost.
Little Whimsy is not liable for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Little Whimsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the courier.
If your package appears missing, we will assist by confirming:
The delivery status and address
The date and tracking details
The shipping carrier used
After this confirmation, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to file a claim or investigation with the courier service.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
